    摘要:

    为了解决高压自紧密封法兰在特定环境下泄漏的问题,利用SolidWorks建立高压自紧密封式法兰的三维模型,从法兰密封环应力分布均匀性的角度,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS和图像处理软件MATLAB,分析法兰密封环尺寸、螺栓预紧力和法兰刚度对密封性能的影响。结果表明:密封环外径对法兰密封环的应力分布均匀性有显著影响,密封环外径存在一个最佳区间;考虑到整个法兰系统的结构紧凑性以及密封分布均匀性,建议对外半径为4715 mm的法兰系统的密封环取最佳半径为569 mm;法兰刚度、螺栓预紧力对法兰密封环的应力分布均匀性无显著影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the leakage problem of the high pressure selfsealing flange under the given environment,the 3D model of high pressure selfsealing flange was established by using SolidWorks.The influences of the dimension of flange seal ring,flange rigidity and bolt pretension on sealing performance were analyzed by using ANSYS and MATLAB from the view of the stress distribution uniformity of flange sealing ring.The results show that the external diameter of the sealing ring has a significant impact on the stress distribution uniformity of the flange seal ring,and there is an optimum range of the external diameter of the seal ring.Considering the compactness and stress distribution uniformity of the whole flange system,the optimum external diameter of the seal ring of 4715 mm flange system is 56.9 mm.The flange rigidity and bolt pretension have no significant effect on the stress distribution uniformity of the flange seal ring.
