    摘要:

    为保证通油量,常规防喷器控制系统配置的液压油过滤装置精度较低,且过滤装置仅安装在吸油管路和供油管路,造成系统内产生和侵入的污染物随液压油流回油箱,导致液压油污染严重。分析目前常规防喷器控制系统过滤装置存在的不足,如吸油管路配备的过滤器过滤精度低,高压过滤器采用的直通式滤芯纳垢容量较小、易堵塞、不方便快速清洁与更换滤芯,回油管路没有过滤装置等;在常规防喷器控制系统基础上,设计新型在线式回油管路过滤装置和独立式外循环管路过滤装置。现场应用表明,新型过滤装置能够有效提高防喷器控制系统液压油过滤精度,且不影响系统通油量。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the oil supply,the precision of the hydraulic oil filter device for blowout preventer(BOP) control system is low,and the filter device is only installed in the oil absorption pipe and oil supply pipe,which result in the pollutants that generated in the system and invaded the system to enter the oil tank,causing the serious pollution of hydraulic oil.The shortcomings of the current BOP filter configuration were analyzed,such that the precision of the filter in the oil supply pipe is low,the straightthrough filter core of the high pressure filter has smaller capacity,is easy to block,and is inconvenient to clean and replace quickly,there is no filter device in the oil return pipe.Based on the regular BOP control system,a new online return pipe filter device and a independent external circulation pipe filter unit were designed.The field application shows that the new filter device can effectively improve the accuracy of hydraulic oil filtration and has no influence on the oil supply.
