    针对分段压裂可降解球座在井下环境中易自行降解使密封时间较短的问题,基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)技术冲突解决原理提出一种涂层球座锥面的创新设想,采用热喷涂工艺在可降解球座锥面制备耐降解金属涂层;应用Pro/E软件建立可降解球及球座相接触的三维几何模型,应用ANSYS软件对可降解涂层球座进行有限元仿真分析,并对可降解球座涂层锥面进行承压性能试验。仿真结果表明:可降解球的接触应力集中区域主要位于球座接触密封的涂层锥面,在接触面上的接触应力最大,最大应力值为205 MPa,并向两侧递减。试验结果表明:可降解球与球座涂层锥面可形成良好的密封系统,并且具备50 MPa承压性能。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the shorter sealing time of the degradable ball seat for staged fracturing easier selfdegradation in the downhole environment,an innovation idea of the ball seat coated cone was put forward by technology conflict resolution principle based on the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ),and resistant degradation metal coating was made on the degradable ball seat cone surface by thermal spraying process.A contacted threedimensional geometric model of the degradable ball and ball seat was established by Pro/E software.The finite element analysis of the degradable coated ball seat was carried on by ANSYS software,and the bearing capacity test of the degradable ball seat coated cone was conducted.The simulation results show that the contact stress concentration area of the degradable ball is mainly located in the ball seat coated cone of the ball seat contact sealing.The contact stress on the contact surface is the largest,the maximum stress value is 205 MPa and it descends to the both sides.The test results show that the degradable ball and ball seat coated cone can form a good sealing system,and with 50 MPa bearing capacity.
