    摘要:

    旋转轴唇形密封应用广泛,泵送率和摩擦力矩是评价密封性能的主要依据。基于反向泵送机制,提出一种研究唇形密封性能的解析模型。基于静态力学特性有限元仿真和粗糙峰微单元流场分析,结合混合润滑模型计算结果,建立泵送率和摩擦力矩的计算公式,通过台架实验确定公式中的待定常数。采用解析公式计算其他唇形密封泵送率和摩擦力矩,计算结果与实验测量值、数值仿真结果具有很好的一致性。该解析模型计算简单,可以用于唇形密封的工程设计与分析。

    Abstract:

    Lip seals are widely used in industry.Reverse pumping rate and friction torque are two critical parameters for evaluating their performance.An analytical model of lip seals based on the reverse pumping mechanism of lip seals was presented.Numerical analysis of micro unit containing a single asperity and mixed lubrication model were involved in the development of the analytical model.The static pressure distribution was obtained using FEM,general equations of the reverse pumping rate and the friction torque were derived based on the numerical analysis,and the undetermined factors were calibrated through experimental results.The model was proved to be useful by successfully predicting numerical and experimental results from public literatures,where a lip seal with different design parameters was adopted.Compared with numerical process,the analytical equations provide a more direct and efficient way to predict the working behaviors of lip seals,therefore is more practical in lip seal design.
