    以绿色环保的菜籽油为基础油,加入2种不同的表面活性剂(OP-10和SDBS)进行复配制备得到2种乳化基础液,并考察制备工艺对乳液稳定性的影响;在乳化基础液中添加2种含硫磷酸酯的添加剂和T321,对其摩擦学性能进行研究,并利用SEM对磨损钢球表面形貌特征进行分析,探讨其摩擦磨损机制。结果表明:室温下,制备乳化基础液的最佳工艺:剪切速率为15 000 r/min,乳化时间为10 min,OP-10与SDBS复配比例为1∶2,菜籽油的质量分数为8%;加入添加剂后的乳液具有较好的抗磨和减摩性能,能有效减少磨损,这是因为在摩擦过程中,含硫磷酸酯的添加剂和T321在钢球表面生成了含N、S、P等活性元素的边界润滑吸附油膜,有效地降低了磨斑直径,减小了摩擦因数,从而改善了摩擦学性能。

    Abstract:

    The emulsified base liquid was prepared by compounding two different surfactants (OP-10 and SDBS) and by using rapeseed oil as the base oil,the effect of preparation process on the stability of emulsion was investigated.Tribological properties of two kinds of thiophosphates additives and T321 added to the emulsified base liquid were studied.The surface morphology of the worn steel ball was analyzed by SEM,and the mechanism of friction and wear was discussed.The results show that the best process for preparing emulsified base liquid at room temperature is that the shear rate is 15 000 r/min,the emulsified time is 10 min,the mass ratio of OP-10 to SDBS is 1∶2,and the mass content of rapeseed oil is 8%.The emulsion after added additives has better antiwear and frictionreducing properties,and the additives can effectively reduce the wear.This is because the additives and T321 containing nitrogen,sulphur and phosphate,and in the process of friction,a boundary lubricating oil film containing N,S,P and other active elements was formed on the surface of the steel ball,which effectively reduces the wear scar diameter and friction coefficient,thus improves the tribological properties of emulsified base liquid.
