    摘要:

    牙轮钻头单金属密封结构起到阻碍钻井液进入轴承腔、防止润滑脂泄漏的作用,但是单金属密封结构在高转速、高钻压情况下容易失效。为了提升单金属密封结构的密封性能,使用ABAQUS建立其有限元模型,分析静环斜面倾角、静环楔入角和动密封面长度变化对动密封面接触应力的影响规律。结果表明:静环斜面倾角从13°到21°的变化过程中,最大接触应力逐渐增加,且峰值都出现在动密封面的外侧0.5 mm处;动密封面接触长度从2.5 mm到4.5 mm的变化过程中,接触应力逐渐增大,但变化不明显;静环楔入角从1°增至9°时,接触应力呈减小趋势,且变化也不明显,最大值分布在动密封面的外侧。因此,静环斜面倾角对接触应力影响较大,而静环楔入角和动密封面接触长度相对较小。利用正交优化实验进行密封结构的敏感性研究,得到密封结构最优结构参数。优化后最大接触应力增加62.72%,平均接触应力增加17.02%,提高了单金属密封结构的密封性能。

    Abstract:

    Single metal seal structure of cone bit can prevent drilling fluid from entering bearing cavity and the leakage of grease,but single metal seal structure is easy to fail under high speed and high drilling pressure.In order to improve the sealability of single metal seal structure,the finite element model of single metal seal structure was established by using ABAQUS,the influence of the inclined angle and wedge angle of the static ring,the length of dynamic sealing surface on the contact stress of the dynamic sealing surface was studied.The results show that the maximum contact stress is increased gradually with the increasing of the inclined angle of the static ring from 13° to 21°,and the peak value appears at 0.5 mm outside of the dynamic sealing surface.During the change of the contact length of the dynamic sealing surface from 2.5 mm to 4.5 mm,the contact stress is increased gradually,but the change is not obvious.When the static ring wedge angle is increased from 1°to 9°,the contact stress is decreased,and the maximum value distributes outside the dynamic sealing surface.It can be concluded that the inclined angle of the static ring has great influence on the contact stress,while the static ring wedge angle and contact length of the dynamic sealing surface are relatively small.By using the orthogonal optimization experiment,the sensitivity of the sealing structure was studied and the optimal structural parameters of sealing structure were obtained.After the optimization,the maximum contact stress is increased by 62.72%,and the average contact stress is increased by 17.02%,the sealing performance of single metal seal structure is improved.
