Abstract:Aimed at the problems that inductive wear debris sensor is easily affected by the continuity debris and cannot identify the material of debris,an eddy current wear debris sensor was proposed by increasing the eddy current effect of debris in inductive wear debris sensor.Combined with ANSYS Maxwell,the simulation model was established,and the debris of different material and size was simulated,which proved the feasibility of eddy current principle in debris monitoring.The excitation frequency and the inner diameter of the coil were simulated.The simulation results show that the eddy current effect can identify the size of debris,and the eddy current effect is in a cubic relationship with the size of the debris.The eddy current effect can identify the material of debris,and different material of debris have different eddy current effects in the same magnetic field environment.The higher the excitation frequency of the coil,the greater the eddy current of the debris.The larger the inner diameter of the coil,the smaller the eddy current of debris.
