    摘要:

    基于相似理论设计列车制动缩比摩擦副,利用有限元软件ADINA,在制动速度100 km/h、制动压力11 MPa工况下,对1∶1制动盘和缩比制动盘的三维瞬态温度场与应力场分布情况进行模拟分析,进而探讨二者的等效性。结果表明:缩比制动盘与1∶1制动盘温度场与应力场分布的模拟结果基本一致,缩比制动盘的峰值温度为2039 ℃,较1∶1制动盘低224 ℃;缩比制动盘的峰值应力为308 MPa,较1∶1制动盘低487 MPa;且同工况下缩比模型的试验数据与1∶1制动盘模拟结果基本吻合,二者制动时间相差1 s,峰值温度相差269 ℃,验证了缩比模型的合理性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the similarity principle,the reducedscale friction pair of the train was designed.The threedimensional transient temperature field and stress field distribution of the fullscale disc and the reducedscale disc under speed of 100 km/h and pressure of 11 MPa was simulated by ADINA,and the equivalence of the two models was discussed.The results show that the simulated results of the temperature field and the stress field of the fullscale disc are in agreement with the reducedscale disc.The peak temperature of the shrinkage disc is 2039 ℃,and it is 224 ℃ lower than that of the fullscale disc;the peak stress of the reducedscale disc is 308 MPa,and it is 48 MPa lower than that of the fullsize disc.Under the same condition,the experimental results of reducedscale disc agree well with the simulation results of fullscale disc,the difference of braking time between them is 1 s,and the peak temperature difference is 269 ℃,which verifies the rationality of the reducedscale model.
