    摘要:

    针对海底沉积物气密取样器保压密封的需求,设计一套偏心设置的翻板密封阀;利用三维软件Solidworks建立翻板密封阀的三维几何模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析不同偏心角度下,翻板密封阀阀体和阀盖的应力和变形的变化情况。结果表明:随着翻板密封阀偏心角度的增大,阀体和阀盖的应力和变形也随着增大,而对应的翻板密封阀的质量逐渐减小。选取最佳的偏心角度,在保证翻板阀所受的应力小于材料的许用应力的前提下,实现了翻板密封阀质量的最小化。设计翻板密封阀密封性能测试系统,通过实验验证了翻板密封阀设计的可行性和合理性。

    Abstract:

    ccording to the sealing requirement of the seabed sediment airtight sampler,a set of eccentrically set flap seal valve was designed,and the 3D geometrical model of the flap valve was established by using the 3D software Solidworks.The changes of the stress and strain of the valve body and valve cover of the flap sealing valve were analyze under different eccentric angles by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results show that the stress and strain of the valve body and the valve cover are increased with the increasing of the eccentric angle of the flap sealing valve,while the weight of the corresponding flap seal valve is gradually decreased.By choosing the optimal eccentric angle,the weight of the flap sealing valve was minimized under the premise that the stress on the flap valve is less than the allowable stress of the material.The sealing performance testing system of the flap seal valve was designed,and the flap seal valve sealing performance testing experiment was carried out.The experimental results verified the feasibility and rationality of the flap valve seal design.
