    摘要:

    针对常规环空排气阀采用的橡胶密封易受高温、高压强腐蚀气体侵蚀而失效的难题,设计一种具有双弧面金属密封结构的新型环空排气阀。采用有限元方法,分析不同下入深度时新型环空排气阀金属密封的应力与接触压力分布以及密封接触宽度的变化。结果表明:该阀在下入深度小于等于600 m时,最大Mises应力大于壳体材料屈服强度,最大接触压力为壳体材料屈服强度的1~137倍,而密封接触宽度基本保持不变,能够实现金属密封。对新型环空排气阀进行了开启压力和密封压力实验,模拟数据与实验数据大致吻合,表明该阀在下入深度小于600 m,密封压力不大于45 MPa的条件下,具有良好的连通、密封上下环空的功能。

    Abstract:

    A new annular vent valve with doublearc metal sealing structure was developed to replace the conventional rubber seal in order to solve the problem that the rubber seals used in conventional annular exhaust valves are vulnerable to failure duo to high temperature,high pressure and strong corrosive gas erosion.Finite element method was used to analyze the maximum Mises stress and contact pressure distribution and the change of contact width of metal seal of new annular exhaust valve at different landing depth.The simulation results show that when the landing depth of the new annular vent valve is less than or equal to 600 m,he maximum Mises stress is greater than the yield strength of shell material,the contact pressure is 1 to 137 times of the yield strength of the shell material,and the contact width of the seal is basically unchanged,so the metal sealing is guaranteed.The opening pressure and sealing pressure experiments were carried out for the new annular vent valve.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulated data.The results show that the new annular vent valve has a good function of connecting and sealing the upper and lower annulus under the condition that the landing depth is less than 600 m and the sealing pressure is less than 45 MPa.
