    摘要:

    针对国内车用发动机润滑油要求更换时间普遍较短的问题,以不同材质容器进行实验室静置试验和不同车辆行车试验,研究在车辆日均运行里程低的行驶状态下发动机润滑油的质量变化情况,探讨“6个月换油”的合理性。结果表明:在7组持续6个月的实验室静置试验中,发动机油的总酸值、运动黏度和起始氧化温度仅发生了轻微变化;日均运行里程为11 km的行车试验进行约27个月后,发动机油仍保持良好状态,远未达到换油指标。对于较少使用的车辆,其发动机油的换油周期可以适当延长,甚至可以延长至4倍或者更多。

    Abstract:

    In response to the generally shorter time required for replacement of domestic automotive engine oils,laboratory static experiments with different material containers and road tests with different vehicles were carried out to study the quality change of engine lubricating oils in low daily mileage driving condition and discuss the rationality of replacement oil for 6 months.The results show that the total acid number,kinematic viscosity and initial oxidation temperature of engine oils is changed only slightly in 7 groups of laboratory static tests lasting 6 months.After the vehicle road test for about 27 months with an average daily mileage of 11 km,the engine oil is in good condition and far from the oil change indexes.For less used vehicles,the oil change period can be extended appropriately,and even to four times or more.
