    摘要:

    为实现平台化增压汽油机开发的目的,应用发动机CAE技术对15 L自然吸气汽油机的润滑系统进行建模并与试验数据进行校核,在模型基础上对平台化15 L增压汽油机新润滑系统进行设计;为保持主油道压力不变,根据平台化增压汽油机新增加的增压器、活塞冷却喷嘴、真空泵、机油冷却器等新零件润滑要求,将机油泵排量从104 mL/rev提高到14 mL/rev。结果表明:在主油道压力不变时,原润滑零部件所分配的润滑油流量均与原系统一致,满足其润滑需求,而新润滑零部件的入口油压、润滑油流量等也均满足零部件工作需要。

    Abstract:

    To achieve the purpose of the platform turbocharged gasoline engine development,the model of 1.5 L naturally aspirated lubricating system was built by using the engine CAE technology.The computed results were compared with experimental data,and the correctness of the model was verified.A new lubrication system of the 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline engine was designed based on this CAE model.In order to remain the main oil pressure unchanged,the oil pump displacement of 1.5 L platform turbocharged gasoline engine was increased from 10.4 mL/rev to 14 mL/rev according to the requirements of the new parts of the platform turbocharged gasoline engine.The research results show that when the main oil pressure remain unchanged,the oil flow distributed of old lubricating parts is the same as that of the old system and can meet the lubrication requirements,while the inlet oil pressure and oil flow distributed of the new lubricating parts can also meet the working requirements.
