    摘要:

    采用固相法合成GdBa2Cu3O7-δ(GdBaCuO),银粉以不同质量分数添加到GdBaCuO中,通过烧结制备Ag/GdBaCuO复合材料样品; 借助X射线分析仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDXA)分析样品结构和形貌,利用摩擦实验机测试样品与对偶件钢的摩擦性能。结果表明:添加银后GdBaCuO结构没有改变,银微粒分布在GdBaCuO基底中,增大了材料密度;在相同的测试条件下,添加银的样品摩擦因数和磨损率比纯GdBaCuO样品低,银质量分数为20%时,复合材料的摩擦性能最好。在摩擦的过程中,样品Ag/GdBaCuO中的银微粒在剪切力作用下,向对偶表面转移,起固体润滑剂的作用,降低了Ag/GdBaCuO的摩擦因数和磨损率。

    Abstract:

    The GdBa2Cu3O7-δ(GdBaCuO)powders were synthesized by the solid state reaction method.The Ag/GdBaCuO〖JP〗 composites were prepared by sintering GdBaCuO with Ag at different mass fractions.The structure and morphology of Ag/GdBaCuO composites were investigated by Xray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive Xray analysis,respectively.The tribological properties of Ag/GdBaCuO composites were measured on the friction and wear tester.The results indicate that the silver particles distribute in the GdBaCuO matrix,improving the density of Ag/GdBaCuO composites,while the structure of GdBaCuO has not be changed.The friction coefficient and wear rate of the samples with silver are lower than those of pure GdBaCuO samples under the same test conditions.When Ag content is 20%,the composites have the best tribological properties.The silver particles in the Ag/GdBaCuO composites are transferred to the friction surface under shearing force,which plays the role of solid lubricant and reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ag/GdBaCuO composite.
