    摘要:

    为提高二步法直线式电动高速PET吹瓶机的生产速度,根据吹瓶机特点和工艺要求,设计变螺距丝杆的结构并分析其润滑要求。根据变螺距丝杆的效率分析结果,计算变螺距引起的加速度以及由于加速度而导致的丝杆受力情况;对滑动块与丝杆螺纹间的润滑进行分析,根据道森-希金森公式,计算不同润滑油润滑下的最小油膜厚度。通过实验对比不同动力黏度、黏压系数的润滑油在不同搅油速度下的润滑效果,选择极压复合锂基润滑脂对丝杆螺纹与滑动块进行润滑。通过实验证明了采用该变螺距丝杆的吹瓶机吹塑速度可达18瓶/s,接近国际先进水平。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the bottle blowing speed for twostep linear electric highspeed PET bottle blower,based on the characteristics and technological requirements of bottle blowing machine,the structure of variable pitch screw was designed.According to the efficiency analysis result of variable pitch screw,the acceleration force caused by variable pitch of manipulator group was calculated.The lubrication between the slider and the surface of screw thread was analyzed,and according to DawsonHigginson formula,the minimum oil film thickness under different lubricating oils was calculated.By comparing the lubrication effect of the lubricating oils with different dynamic viscosity and viscositypressure coefficient at different stirring speed,an extreme pressure compound lithiumbased grease was selected as the lubricant of screw thread and slider.Experiments show that the blowing speed of the bottle blower with the variable pitch screw can reach 1.8 bottles per second,which is close to the international advanced level.
