    为研究柴油机实车使用状况下缸套-活塞环磨损规律,建立某12150型多缸柴油机面向使用工况的缸套-活塞环磨损仿真计算方法并进行验证,研究环境与工况参数对缸套磨损的影响规律。结果表明:大气温度升高,缸套磨损深度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,气温-5 ℃时磨损最小,与-35 ℃相比下降了589%,与40 ℃相比下降了9.15%;大气压力降低,缸套磨损深度先减小后增大,气压80 kPa时最小,与100 kPa相比下降了6.45%,气压50 kPa时磨损最大,与100 kPa相比升高了848%;缸套磨损深度随柴油机转速升高而呈现出增加的趋势,在1 600 r/min时出现极小值点,转速为2 000 r/min相比1 200 r/min磨损深度增加了46.76%;柴油机负荷增加引起缸套磨损深度不断增大,100%负荷时较20%负荷的磨损深度升高了133.96%。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the wear law of the cylinder liner and piston ring on the using condition of the diesel engine,a simulation method for the wear of cylinder liner and piston ring for a 12150 type multi cylinder diesel engine was established and verified.The influence law of the environment and working condition parameters on the wear of cylinder liner was investigated.The results show that the wear depth of cylinder liner is decreased first and then increased with the increasing of atmospheric temperature.When the temperature is -5 ℃,the wear depth is the smallest,which is 589% lower than that of - 35 ℃,and 915% lower than that of 40 ℃.The wear depth of cylinder liner is decreased first and then increased with the decreasing of air pressure.When the air pressure is 80 kPa,the wear depth is the smallest,which is 5.89% lower than that of 100 kPa.When the air pressure is 50 kPa,the wear depth is the maximum,which is 8.48% higher than that of 100 kPa.The wear depth of cylinder liner is increased with the increasing of diesel engine speed,and the minimum point appears at the 1 600 r/min.The wear depth under 2 000 r/min is increased by 46.76% compared with that under 1 200 r/min.The wear depth of the cylinder liner is increased with the increasing of the load of diesel engine,and the wear depth under 100% load is increased by 133.96% compared with that of 20% load.
