    可调距桨在服役时, 桨毂密封是通过 O 形密封圈实现, 研究桨毂密封可控泄漏对于指导装配工艺设计和延 长服役寿命非常重要。 基于 O 形密封微观接触和泄漏通道模型, 推导泄漏率公式, 利用 ABAQUS 软件对可调距桨桨毂 密封进行三维有限元仿真, 分析不同参数对桨毂密封性能的影响规律, 并给出相应工艺设计指导, 并基于改进复合灰 色关联度对参数影响程度进行排序。 结果表明: 粗糙度、 压缩率、 橡胶硬度和介质压力对密封性能均有影响, 泄漏率 随粗糙度的增加瞬间增大, 随压缩率的增大而减小, 随硬度的增大而增大, 随介质压力的增加先增后减; 硬度对最大 Von Mises 应力和接触压力影响最大, 其次是压缩率, 而介质压力对密封泄漏率的影响最大, 粗糙度次之。 通过实验验 证模型和仿真结果的准确性, 为可调距桨桨毂密封设计和安装提供了支撑。

    Abstract:

    When the controllable pitch propeller is in service,the seal of the propeller hub is realized by the O-ring. It is very important to study the controllable leakage of the hub seal to guide the assembly process design and extend the serv- ice life. The leakage rate equation was derived based on the O-ring micro-contact and leakage channel model. ABAQUS was used to achieve the three-dimensional finite element simulation on the seal of the controllable pitch propeller hub. The influence of different parameters on the sealing performance of the hub was analyzed such as the leakage rate,with corre- sponding process design directions. The influence on the parameters based on the improved composite grey relevance was sorted in order. The results show that the sealing performance is affected by the combination of the roughness,compressibil- ity,rubber hardness as well as the medium pressure. The leakage rate is increased instantaneously with the increase of roughness,decreased with the increase of compressibility and increased with the increase of hardness. The leakage rate is first increased then then decreased with the increase of the medium pressure. The hardness exerts the greatest influence on the maximum Von Mises stress and the contact pressure,followed by the compressibility,while the medium pressure has the greatest influence on the seal leakage rate,followed by the roughness. The accuracy of the model and simulation result was verified by experiments,which provides support for the hub seal design and installation of controllable pitch propeller.
