    摘要:

    选择5种常见的有机醇胺,试验对比研究其碱值储备能力、pH稳定性、金属的腐蚀和保护性、切削工具钴金属的溶出性、磨削工具胶黏剂和砂粒的溶出性和生物稳定性。结果表明:伯胺的碱储备能力较强,二甘醇胺对铜和铝的腐蚀性最小,一乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇(AMP95)对铸铁的防锈性能最好;二甘醇胺和AMP95对钴的溶出最小,对绿碳化硅砂轮无明显的溶出反应,AMP95具有最好的抗生物性能。

    Abstract:

    Five common organic alcohol amines were selected,and a series of experiments were performed to compare their properties such as alkalinity reserve capacity,pH stability,metal corrosion and protection,dissolution of cobalt metal in cutting tools,dissolution and biostability of grinding tool adhesive and sand particles.The results show that the primary amine has strong alkali storage capacity,diglycolamine has the least corrosion to copper and aluminum,monoethanolamine and 2-amino-2-methylpropanol (AMP95) have the best antirust properties for cast iron,Glycolamine and AMP95 have the least dissolution of cobalt.There is no obvious dissolution reaction on green silicon carbide grinding wheel by the five alcohol amines,and AMP95 has the best antibiotic properties.
