Abstract:Five common organic alcohol amines were selected, and a series of experiments were performed to compare their properties such as alkalinity reserve capacity,pH stability, metal corrosion and protection, dissolution of cobalt metal in cutting tools, dissolution and biostability of grinding tool adhesive and sand particles. The results show that the primary amine has strong alkali storage capacity, diglycolamine has the least corrosion to copper and aluminum, monoethanolamine and 2-amino-2-methylpropanol (AMP95) have the best antirust properties for cast iron,Glycolamine and AMP95 have the least dissolution of cobalt. There is no obvious dissolution reaction on green silicon carbide grinding wheel by the five alcohol amines, and AMP95 has the best antibiotic properties.
