    摘要:

    针对泥水盾构接管用三通换向阀密封结构易发生泄漏的问题,对三通换向阀橡胶阀座的密封特性进行研究,为提高其密封可靠性采用双道密封结构。建立双道密封结构二维有限元分析模型,对比分析橡胶双道密封在不同侧向介质压力、不同压缩量及不同倒角半径下的密封特性。结果表明:双道密封结构的von Mises应力与剪切应力与所受压缩量与侧向介质力呈线性关系;侧向介质力与倒角半径对第一道密封面的接触应力影响较大;密封面左侧的接触应力较高,第二道密封面的接触应力基本不变;当所受压缩量为2.0 mm,介质压力为1.5 MPa时,双道密封结构的综合密封性能最优。

    Abstract:

    In view of the leakage of the sealing structure of the threeway reversing valve used in slurry shield connector,the sealing characteristics of the rubber seat of threeway reversing valve were studied,and a doublepass sealing structure was adopted to improve the sealing reliability.Twodimensional finite element analysis model of doublechannel sealing structure was established,and the sealing characteristics of rubber doublechannel seal under different lateral medium pressures,different compression and different chamfer radius were compared and analyzed.The results show that the von Mises stress and shear stress of the doublepass sealing structure are in linear relationship with the compression and the lateral medium force.The lateral medium force and the chamfer radius have a greater influence on the contact stress of the first sealing surface.The contact stress on the left side of the sealing surface is relatively high,while the contact stress on the second sealing surface is substantially unchanged.The doublepass sealing structure has the best comprehensive sealing performance at the compression of 2.0 mm and the medium pressure of 1.5 MPa.
