    摘要:

    封隔器密封胶筒通过轴向压缩在径向产生超大变形量,与套管接触并产生足够大接触压力实现密封,加上其高度非线性特点在技术上大大增加了力学仿真的难度。通过密封胶筒结构及关键作用点的分析构建大变形实体模型;在各项同性理论基础上比较不同阶数应变能函数的材料力学特性匹配程度;根据目标面和接触面非线性特征选择合适的刚柔体接触,建立超大变形量、高度非线性密封胶筒有限元分析技术;最终在兼顾胶筒肩部挤出量和密封结构稳定性基础上,通过倒角的优化设计有效地改善了肩部挤出现象,从而为大幅度缩短密封胶筒创新结构研发周期奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Through axial compression,the packer sealing rubber produced a large amount of deformation in the radial direction to achieve the sealing.In addition,its highly nonlinear characteristics greatly increased the difficulty of mechanical simulation.A large deformation solid model was constructed by analyzing the structure and key points of sealing rubber.On the basis of isotropic theory,the matching degree of mechanical properties of different order strain energy functions was compared.According to the nonlinear characteristics of target surface and contact surface,the finite element analysis technique of super large deformation and highly nonlinear sealing rubber were established.On the basis of giving consideration to the shoulder extrusion volume and sealing structure stability of rubber,the optimal design of chamfering effectively improve the shoulder extrusion phenomenon,thus laying a foundation for greatly shortening the research and development cycle of packer rubbers innovative structure.
