    摘要:

    设计研制一种封隔器胶筒密封性能试验装置。该装置可模拟油井下350 ℃高温、20 MPa高压恶劣工况,能够模拟封隔器胶筒坐封过程,能够对封隔器胶筒的密封性能进行检测。借助试验装置对不同形式的胶筒进行环空密闭试验,测试了不同形式封隔器胶筒在不同介质下环空腔内压力变化规律,得到了试验后胶筒的形变状态、腐蚀破损情况,检验了各形式胶筒在高温高压工况下的密封性能,为封隔器胶筒的设计和改进提供可靠的试验依据。

    Abstract:

    A test device for sealing performance of packer rubber cylinder was designed and developed.The device can simulate the harsh conditions of 350 ℃ high temperature and 20 MPa high pressure under the oil well,can simulate the setting process of the packer rubber cylinder,and can detect the sealing performance of the packer cartridge.The sealing device of different types of rubber cylinders was tested by means of the test device,the pressure changes in the ring cavity of different packers in different media were measured,and the deformation state and corrosion damage of the packers were obtained.The sealing performance of each type of rubber cylinder under high temperature and high pressure conditions was examined.It provides a reliable test basis for the design and improvement of the packer cartridge.
