    摘要:

    为研究KF11028型外圈带挡边的向心关节轴承的静力学特性,用Solidworks建立轴承三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench对轴承在正常和偏斜2种工况下承受1 575 kN径向载荷的静力学特性进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:正常工况下,内圈等效应力最大值出现在油孔处,外圈的等效应力最大值出现在内球面边缘,均小于屈服强度,接触应力最大值出现在接触面边缘;偏斜工况下,内圈等效应力最大值出现在油孔处,外圈等效应力最大值出现在内球面位于挡边一侧的边缘处,均大于屈服强度,接触应力最大值出现在接触面边缘;内圈的偏斜会导致关节轴承受力不均匀,从而造成部分部位产生应力集中。因此带挡边向心关节轴承不宜长期工作在载荷和偏斜角度都比较大的工况下。

    Abstract:

    To study the static characteristics of the KF11028 spherical plain bearing with ribs,the threedimensional bearing model was established by Solidworks.The static characteristics of the bearing under normal and skew conditions at the radial load of 1 575 kN were analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench using finite element method.The results show that under normal operational condition,the maximum equivalent stress of the inner ring occurs at the oil hole,and the maximum equivalent stress of the outer ring occurs at the edge of the inner spherical surface,which is less than the yield strength.The maximum contact stress appears at the edge of the contact surface.Under the skew condition,the maximum equivalent stress of the inner ring occurs at the oil hole,and the maximum equivalent stress of the outer ring occurs at the edge of the inner spherical surface at the side of the rib,which is higher than the yield strength.The maximum contact stress appears at the edge of the contact surface.The skew of the inner ring results in uneven stress on the spherical plain bearing,which induces extreme stress concentration in some parts.Therefore,the spherical plain bearing should not work for a long time under high load with large skew angle of inner ring.
