    利用熔融沉积成型(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)3D打印技术和传统模压成型方式制备ABS试样,运用球-盘摩擦试验对比研究2种成型方式对ABS试样摩擦学性能和磨损机制的影响,并考察不同打印层厚(0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4 mm)的ABS试样的摩擦学性能的差异性。结果表明:与传统模压成型方式相比,FDM制备的ABS试样具有较高磨损量和较低的摩擦因数,且磨损机制由传统模压成型试样的磨粒磨损变为主要为黏着磨损;在FDM制备的试样中,打印层厚为02 mm的试样摩擦学性能较优,这是因为打印层厚过低会导致试样顶层材料很容易被磨破,层厚过高会导致其黏结力降低、致密度较差,从而导致耐磨性降低。通过DSC试验和红外光谱试验发现,2种成型方式制备的试样的氧化性能和分子结构基本相同,这说明不同成型方式并不改变材料的微观结构。

    Abstract:

    ABS samples were prepared by fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printing and traditional molding,respectively.The effects of two molding methods on the tribological properties and wear mechanism of ABS samples were compared by balldisk friction test.The differences in tribological properties of ABS samples prepared with different print layer thicknesses (0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 mm) were investigated.The results show that the ABS samples prepared by FDM have higher wear and lower friction coefficient than that by traditional molding.The dominant wear mechanism of the FDM samples is adhesive wear,while the wear mechanism of the molded samples is mainly abrasive wear.For FDM samples,the printed sample with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm exhibits better tribological properties,which is because the top layer of the sample can be easily abraded if the printing layer thickness is too low,while if the printing layer thickness is too high,the adhesion force and density of the sample will be reduced,and the wear resistance will be reduced.It is found that the oxidation performance and molecular structure of each sample by two molding methods are basically the same based on the DSC experiment and infrared spectra measurement,which indicates that different molding methods did not change the microstructure of the material.
