    摘要:

    为监测车用无级变速器金属带早期磨损故障,准确诊断相应失效状态信息,设计无级变速器油液状态监测系统。该系统利用EDTA荧光碳量子点对变速器油液中磨损元素铁、镍元素的选择作用,通过计算碳量子点荧光强度淬灭率,对不同行驶里程下变速器油液中铁、镍元素的含量比值进行分析。通过对照变速器金属带各部件材料的金属元素含量,发现行车至3万km,无级变速器钢环是主要的故障部位。采用油液光谱分析技术与免疫原理结合的方法,验证实验结论的有效性与合理性。通过变速器拆检分析,进一步验证实验方法的准确性,证明无级变速器油状态监测系统的实际可行性,为变速器早期失效诊断提供一种新的方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to monitor the early wearing fault of the metal belt of the vehicle continuously variable transmission(CVT),accurately diagnose the corresponding failure status,the oil condition monitoring system of CVT was designed.By using the selection of fluorescent carbon quantum point to the iron and nickel wear elements in the CVT oil,the fluorescence intensity quenching rate of carbon quantum dots was calculated,and the ratio of iron and nickel elements in the transmission oil under different driving mileage was analyzed.By comparing the metal element content of the materials of the metal parts of the transmission,it is found that the the main fault location is at the steel ring of CVT when driving to 30 000 km.The validity and rationality of the experimental results is verified by combining the oil spectrum analysis technology and immune principle.Through the analysis of transmission disassembly and inspection,the accuracy of the experimental method is further verified,and the practical feasibility of CVT oil condition monitoring system is proved,which provides a new method for early failure diagnosis of transmission.
