The effects of lubricant dosage on the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,Payne effect,loss factor and dynamic thermomechanical properties of sprayed natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR) composites were investigated.The results show that with the addition of erucamide lubricant,a white lubricating film appears on the surface of the NR/BR composites,which improves the self-lubricating properties of NR/BR composites,and greatly reduced the static and dynamic friction coefficients of NR/BR composites.The erucamide lubricant has little effect on mechanical properties and aging properties of NR/BR composites.It is found by DSC study that the addition of erucamide has no effect on the glass transition temperature of the matrix rubber,and the melting transition peak of erucamide appears at around 70 ℃.
