    摘要:

    对某齿轮箱高速轴轴承超温报警故障进行分析,基于机组齿轮箱故障触发前后状态监测数据,初步判断故障原因是润滑油流量不能满足要求。计算该轴承所需的润滑流量,并与实测流量进行对比,确定在低温环境下齿轮箱高速轴承实际润滑流量偏少是轴承高温报警的主要原因。提出在保持原油路不变的基础上,增加一根油管对高温报警轴承进行润滑的整改方案,并对增加的油路的流量进行核算。整改后现场多次大风满功率运行结果表明,轴承温度正常,验证了该整改方案是可行的。

    Abstract:

    The over-temperature fault of high-speed shaft in a wind power gearbox was studied.Based on the condition monitoring data before and after the gearbox fault is triggered,it was preliminarily determined that the cause of the fault was that the lubricating oil flow cannot meet the requirements.The lubricant flow required by the bearing was calculated and compared with the measured flow of the bearing,it was determined that the main reason for the bearing over-temperature alarm was that the actual lubricant flow of the high-speed bearing under low temperature environment was too little.A rectification scheme was put forward by adding a oil pipe to provide lubrication oil for the high temperature alarm bearing when keeping the crude oil circuit unchanged,and the flow of the increased oil circuit was calculated.After the rectification,the results of several times of full power operation show that the bearing temperature is normal,which verifies the feasibility of the rectification scheme.
