    摘要:

    合成油酸修饰的纳米Cu,在四球试验机上增加载流试验功能,考察添加纳米Cu润滑油在不同载流条件下的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜、白光干涉仪和X射线光电子能谱分析磨斑表面,并探讨载流条件下纳米Cu的摩擦学机制。结果表明:在纳米Cu添加量适宜的情况下,载流条件增强了纳米Cu的抗磨减摩效果;载流条件下钢球磨斑表面Cu元素含量较高,且以Cu单质和CuO的形式存在。分析认为:纳米Cu粒子在载流条件下发生了电泳运动;载流条件的电热效应加速了纳米Cu软化涂抹;载流工况促进了纳米Cu参与摩擦化学反应

    Abstract:

    Oleic acid modified nano-copper was synthesized,and the tribological properties of lubricating oil with nanocopper under different current carrying conditions were investigated on a fourball tribotester with the current carrying capacity.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM),white light interferometer (WLI) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the worn surface of steel ball,and the tribological mechanism of nanocopper under currentcarrying conditions was discussed.The results show that the current carrying conditions enhance the antiwear and friction reducing effect of nano-copper under the appropriate amount of nano-copper.Under the current carrying condition,the content of copper element on the worn surface of steel ball is higher,and it exists in the form of Cu and CuO.The conclusion is drawn that nanocopper has an electrophoretic movement under the currentcarrying condition,the electrothermal effect of current-carrying conditions promotes the softening and smearing of nanocopper,and the currentcarrying condition is helpful for nano-copper to participate in tribochemical reaction
