    摘要:

    为解决传统双向旋转型干气密封较单向旋转型开启性能下降、密封效果减弱的问题,基于气体微尺度流动原理,提出一种具有定向微纹理槽底的梯形槽干气密封结构;利用数值方法对比研究不同方向微纹理及无微纹理结构的性能,证实定向微纹理设计的可行性,并确定V形为纹理最佳方向;系统分析工况参数和几何参数对V形纹理干气密封性能的影响,获得各参数的影响规律及优势区间。研究结果表明:V形纹理的开启性能最好,然后依次为无纹理、周向纹理、径向纹理、梯形纹理,且转速越大,5种结构开启性能差异越显著;高转速时泵送效应较强,具有节流抑漏效果;微纹理密度对密封性能影响微小,深度达到1~2 μm即可获得优异的密封性能;小膜厚时微纹理影响显著,对应最优槽深较小。研究结果为双向旋转型梯形槽干气密封性能的提升和槽区激光加工扫描方向的选取提供新的思路理论依据

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the traditional twoway rotating dry gas seal has lower opening performance and less sealing effect than the oneway rotating dry gas seal,a trapezoidal groove dry gas seal with orientationtexture groove bottom was proposed based on the principle of gas microscale flow.The performances of microtexture structuresin different orientations and nonmicrotexture structure were studied by numerical method.The feasibility of orientation microtexture design was verified,and V-shape was determined as the best orientation of texture.The effects of operating conditions and geometric parameters on the performance of V-texture dry gas seal were systematically analyzed,and the influence rules and dominant intervals of each parameter were obtained.The results show that the opening performance of V-texture structure is the best,followed by no texture,circumferential texture,radial texture and trapezoidal texture structures,and the greater the rotation speed is,the more significant the opening performance difference among the five structures is.Pumping effect is strong at high speed,which has the effect of throttling and leak suppression.The microtexture density has little effect on the seal performance,and the excellent seal performance can be obtained when the depth reaches 1 μm to 2 μm.When the film thickness is small,the effect of microtexture is significant,and the corresponding optimal groove depth is small.The research results provide new ideas and theoretical basis for improving the performance of the trapezoidgroove dry gas seal with bidirectional rotation and choosing the scanning direction of laser processing in groove region
