    摘要:

    为研究盲孔螺纹连接的松动机制及螺纹表面的磨损机制,选取高速列车转向架轴端盖7050铝合金与45钢螺栓连接为研究对象,开展剪切激励下螺栓连接结构的松动行为研究。分析预紧力、剪切位移幅值及重复利用次数对螺栓连接结构松动行为的影响规律,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDX)对试验后〖JP2〗7050铝合金内螺纹表面进行损伤形貌及化学成分分析。结果显示:随着初始预紧力的减小、剪切位移幅值和重复使用次数的增大,螺纹表面损伤加剧,螺栓连接结构松动程度增大;螺纹接触表面的主要磨损机制为疲劳磨损和黏着磨损。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the loosening mechanisms of threaded connections and wear mechanisms of thread surfaces,the threaded connections of the axlebox cover of highspeed train bogies,which are made of 7050 aluminum alloy with female threads and 45 steel,were chosen to investigate the loosening behaviour under harmonic shear displacement.The effects of the preload,amplitude of shear displacement,and reused times on selfloosening behavior were examined.After tests,the surface damage of internal threads was analyzed by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray).The results show that with the decrease of preload and the increase of shear displacement amplitude and the reused times,the damage of the contact thread surfaces gets serious,and the looseness of bolted joints is increased.Fatigue wear and adhesive wear are the main wear mechanisms between the contact threads.
