    摘要:

    新一代蜂窝阻尼密封在提升透平机械转子稳定性方面有优越的表现,其动力特性是评价转子稳定性的重要参数。应用非定常动网格技术和多频涡动模型,研究蜂窝密封动特性系数随转子涡动频率的变化规律,并与迷宫密封进行对比。结果表明:蜂窝密封动特性受转子涡动频率影响较大,直接刚度系数和交叉阻尼系数随涡动频率增大而增大,交叉刚度和直接阻尼系数随涡动频率增大而减小;迷宫密封动特性系数随涡动频率变化特征不明显;在低频率区蜂窝密封的有效阻尼远高于迷宫密封。在实际压缩机转子上的应用结果表明,蜂窝密封能显著提升转子稳定性。

    Abstract:

    The new generation of honeycomb damping seal has superior performance in improving the stability of the turbo rotor,and its dynamic characteristics are important parameter to evaluate the rotor stability.Based on the unsteady mesh deformation technology and the multi-frequency orbit model,the variation of the dynamic characteristic coefficient of the honeycomb seal with the rotor whirling frequency was studied and compared with that of the labyrinth seal.The results show that the honeycomb seal dynamic characteristics are greatly affected by the rotor whirling frequency,the direct stiffness coefficient and the cross-coupling damping coefficient increase with the increase of whirling frequency,and the cross-coupling stiffness coefficient and direct damping coefficient decrease with the increase of whirling frequency.While the labyrinth seal dynamic characteristic coefficient does not change significantly with the whirling frequency.The effective damping of the honeycomb seal is much higher than that of the labyrinth seal in the low frequency region.The application results on the actual compressor rotor show that the honeycomb seal can significantly improve the rotor stability.
