      针对某型1 000 MW汽轮机组N+1支撑轴系高压转子轴端汽封碰摩故障现象,分析转子轴端汽封碰摩力表达式,通过施加非线性约束方式,采用连续碰撞力-位移的线性逐段函数模拟碰摩过程的非线性接触刚度,构建含轴端汽封碰摩故障的轴系动力学有限元模型。开展机组轴系非线性稳态同步响应和瞬态频域分析,得到工作转速3000 r/min下轴系涡动轨迹,以及不同碰摩刚度下轴系支承位置处的振动瀑布图。结果表明,这种轴系发生高压转子轴端汽封碰摩时,对与碰摩点相邻的支承振动影响明显,振动以基频为主,且随着碰摩刚度增加,会出现3X、2X倍频成分,各支承振幅呈现逐步下降趋势。
英文摘要:
      As for steam seal rubbing fault phenomenon of high pressure rotor of 1 000 MW steam turbine shafting with N+1 supports,the rubbing force of rotor end steam seal was analyzed.By imposing the nonlinear constraints,the piecewise linear function of continuous collision force displacement was taken to simulate the nonlinear contact stiffness in the process of rubbing,and the shafting dynamics finite element model with steam seal rubbing fault in the high pressure rotor was set up.The nonlinear steady synchronous response and transient frequency domain analysis were presented respectively,and the shafting response on the working speed of 3000 r/min and the vibration waterfall plots of bearings from the shafting with different rubbing stiffness were obtained.The results show that the vibration of bearings near the rubbing point is obvious,and the vibration characteristics of shafting response takes the 1X as the principal frequency among the operating speed range.Moreover,with the increase of rubbing stiffness,the 3X and 2X frequency components may exist,and the amplitude of each bearings may also decline gradually.
