    摘要:

    为了降低切削高强度高硬度难加工材料时的切削力,减少加工区域内的温升和刀具磨损,通过YT726刀具导电加热切削GCr15钢仿真实验,采用DEFORM3D有限元计算和回归分析的方法,研究背吃刀量、切削速度、进给量和加热电流之间的相互关系,提出YT726切削GCr15钢的主切削力的计算公式。试验结果表明:主切削力与切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量呈正相关性,与切削温度呈负相关性,当加热电流大于一定量值后主切削力与加热电流也成负相关,即随着加热电流的增加主切削力降低。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the cutting force of high strength,high hardness material cutting,and reduce temperature and tool wear in machining area,the simulation experiments of YT726 tool cutting GCr15 steel were carried out with electric conducting heating.By using finite element calculation and regression analysis method based on DEFROM3D,the relationship among cutting depth,cutting speed,feed rate and heating current were studied,the calculation formula of the main cutting force of YT726 tool cutting GCr15 steel was put forward.The results show that the main cutting force is positively correlated with cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth,and negatively correlated with cutting temperature.When the heating current is greater than a certain value,the main cutting force is also negatively correlated with the heating current,and with the increasing of heating current,the main cutting force is decreased.
