Abstract:Taking nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)material for waterlubricated bearings as the research object,a series of wear tests were carried out using CBZ1 tribotester under different speeds, different loads and four different saline concentration lubricating water media,0(tape water),1.75%,3.5% and 5%.The trends of tribological properties, such as friction coefficients, wear rates and worn surface morphologies, were compared and analyzed. The results show that the concentration, velocity and load have significant effects on the tribological properties of NBR.The change of tribological properties is the result of the combined action of salt concentration, load, velocity and viscoelasticity of NBR
