    旋转导向钻井系统是在钻井过程中,实时进行钻头导向的一种钻井系统,导向钻井系统偏置机构中的动密封对整体系统的可靠性有极大的影响。结合旋转导向钻井系统的实际工况,考虑井下高温高压、动密封双侧承压和橡胶应力松弛对密封的影响,利用有限元软件中的流体渗透加载方式对滑环组合式密封进行密封性能分析,并分析环境压力、井下温度和O形圈压缩率对组合密封主密封面接触压力和Mises应力的影响。结果表明:随着介质压力的增大,虽然密封两侧的压差不变,密封系统的最大接触压力仍在增大,同时密封内侧的压力比外侧要大得多;应力松弛作用对初期阶段组合密封的性能影响比较大;温度对动密封接触压力的影响小于环境压力;较高的压缩率可以增加组合密封主密封面的接触长度,一定程度上可以降低最大接触压力,从而减缓密封面磨损。

    Abstract:

    The rotary steering drilling system can adjust the deviation and azimuth of the well in real time,so as to control the drilling direction and azimuth of the bit.The dynamic seal in the offset mechanism of the steering drilling system has a great impact on the reliability of the whole system.Combined with the actual working conditions of rotary steering drilling system,the effects of downhole high temperature and high pressure,double side pressure of dynamic seal and stress relaxation of rubber material on seal were considered.The sealing performance of slip ring combined seal was analyzed by using the fluid infiltration loading method in the finite element software.The effects of environmental pressure,downhole temperature and O-ring compression ratio on the contact pressure and Mises stress of the main sealing surface of the combined seal were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the medium pressure,although the pressure difference between the two sides of the seal remains unchanged,the maximum contact pressure of the seal system is still increasing,and the pressure inside the seal is much larger than that outside the seal.The stress relaxation has a great influence on the performance of the combined seal in the initial stage.The influence of temperature on contact pressure of dynamic seal is less than that of ambient pressure.Higher compression ratio can increase the contact length of the main sealing surface of the combined seal,and reduce the maximum contact pressure to a certain extent,so the wear of the sealing surface can be reduced.
