    摘要:

    切削液的全生命周期内,环保和长效应用是重要的关注点,这主要与切削液的性质、使用寿命和操作人员的健康相关。从切削液绿色原材料的选择出发,探讨切削液的绿色研发,包括有毒有害物质的替代、长寿命多功能材料的使用和高生物降解材料的使用等方面;从智能监控、除废除杂、智能调整和废液无害化处理等角度出发,探讨切削液的绿色应用。

    Abstract:

    Environmental protection and long-term application are important concerns throughout the life cycle of cutting fluids.This mainly involves the properties and the service life of cutting fluid,and the health of the operator.The green research and development of cutting fluid was discussed from the choice of raw green materials,including the substitution of toxic and harmful substances,the use of long-life multifunctional materials and high biodegradable materials.The green application of cutting fluid was discussed from intelligent monitoring status,removing impurity,intelligent adjustment and harmless treatment of waste liquid.
