    摘要:

    电液伺服阀的工作介质抗燃油的变化是影响伺服阀工作的重要环节。根据某电站电液伺服阀在更换抗燃油后出现阀芯卡死现象,采用异物分析、质量缺失分析、混油试验分析等多源查找方法,分析伺服阀卡死故障的机制与影响原因。综合分析结果表明:伺服阀卡死故障主要是由于抗燃油液压系统换油后生成的油泥阻塞了阀体内阀芯部件的微小运动间隙,增大了摩擦阻力,引发卡死。而油泥主要来源是金属颗粒、抗燃油劣化组份、橡胶管道溶解产物以及外来污染产物如硅藻土和吸附剂等。

    Abstract:

    The property changes of the working medium of fire resistant oil will affect the operating property of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. According to the phenomenon of the valve core jammed after replacing the fire resistant oil in a power station, the foreign matter analysis, mass loss analysis, mix oil test analysis and so on multi source searching method were used to analyze the mechanism and effect causes of the servo valve jammed failure. Comprehensive analysis of the test results show that the servo valve jammed failure is mainly due to the oil sludge generated from the oil change of the hydraulic system, which blocks the slight gap between the valve corn and the valve body valve, increases friction and causes jam. The main source of sludge is metal particles, the degradation components of fire-resistant oil, the dissolved products of rubber pipes and foreign pollution products such as diatomaceous earth and adsorbent and so on.
