Abstract:Aimed at the problems that the seal design relies on empirical means without methods guiding,the efficiency reinforcement design theories for elastomeric hydraulic reciprocating seals were proposed.Based on the exploration in the failure types and efficiency reinforcement mechanism of elastomeric reciprocating seals,the concept of efficiency reinforcement design for elastomeric reciprocating seals was put forward,the efficiency reinforcement rules were built which could realize the high reliability and efficiency of seals and zero leakage.According to the efficiency reinforcement rules,the effi[JP2]ciency reinforcement design technologies for elastomeric reciprocating seals were proposed.This theory improves the normalization and operability of the seal design,and improves the design quality and efficiency of elastomeric reciprocating seal.
