Based on the volume of fluid(VOF)method and sliding mesh technique,the effect of rotor speed and the oil inlet flow rate on the pressure,temperature field and oil volume fraction in the rolling bearing with spay lubrication were investigated.The film distribution and movement in oil and air interface were showed.The results show that the pressure and the oil air two phase flow distribution is not homogenized in the bearing.The oil volume fractionis decreased with the increase of revolution speed,and is increased with speeding up the lubrication flow rate nonlinearly.The highest temperature of the bearing is increased with the increase of revolution speed.The effect of the bearing lubrication is directly related with the lubrication flow rate,and an optimum oil feeding rate exists at different rotor speed.
