Aimed at the defect existed at the filling process of the present lubrication station system such as great error,low efficiency,etc.,the multi-thread lubrication station control system based on CAN bus and radio card reader was put forward.It makes use of VB programming tools to set up serial communication interface between PC and card reader,and configuration software WebAccess to carry through the real-time monitoring,management and control of the lubrication station system.Compared with the present lubrication station system,this control system is economical and practical,rational in design and reliable for operation.It can achieve the goal of automatic injection oil and remote monitoring.
