    摘要:

    运用有限元理论与ABAQUS分析计算软件,建立某乘用车发动机气缸盖螺栓密封圈与缸体装配体的有限元计算模型,计算密封圈在装配状态下的最大接触压力和Von Mises应力,并采用静态面压试验进行验证。结果表明,该密封圈满足密封性与强度设计要求,具有足够的安全裕度;仿真分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元分析方法的合理性。分析密封圈与缸体的摩擦因数与密封介质压力对密封性能的影响。结果表明,密封圈与缸体的摩擦因数对密封性能影响较小;接触面上的最大接触压力随着密封介质压力的增大而增大,密封性能随之增强。

    Abstract:

    Based on finite element theory and ABAQUS software, a finite element discrete model of seal ring cylinder assembly for a passenger car engine cylinder head bolts was built. The contact pressure and Von Mises of seal ring were calculated and the calculated results were compared with static surface pressure test results. The results show that the seal ring meets the conditions of sealing performance and strength design, which has enough safety margin of sealing performance. The simulation results agree well with the test results, which prove that the finite element simulation model is correct. Some factors influencing sealing properties were analyzed, such as friction coefficient between seal ring and cylinder as well as media pressure. The results indicate that the friction coefficient has a little influence on sealing performance. The maximum contact pressure in the sealing surface is increased with the increase of media pressure, and the sealing performance is improved significantly.
