焦耳热对搅拌摩擦焊耦合温度场的影响

    摘要:

    运用COMSOL Multiphysics对搅拌摩擦焊接建立耦合温度场模型,模拟和分析了模型在有无载流条件下温度场分布及其变化规律。结果表明:无载流时,最高温度主要分布在搅拌头与工件的接触区域,工件上焊接前侧的温度分布面积大于后侧,但前侧温度等值面分布相对后侧稀疏,使得焊接前侧温度梯度小于后侧;载流时,温度及等值面分布与无载流时基本相同,但载流后轴肩上的温度分布面积大于无载流;当焊接速度、法向压力、转速、位移不变时,载流条件下焦耳热与摩擦热耦合产生的最高温度远高于无载流时的摩擦热产生的最高温度,二者对比可知相同的发热效率下载流较大地降低了对法向压力的要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the friction stir welding rig,the temperature field model was established by FE software COMSOL Multiphysics under the coupling effect of Joule heat and friction heat. The coupled temperature field distribution and variation rule of the analysis model were simulated and analyzed under current carrying or not. The results show that, under the condition of without current carrying, the maximum temperature mainly distributes on the contact area of the pin tool and work piece, the temperature distribution area in front of work piece is larger than that in the rear, the theisothermal layer distribution of the front gets sparser compared with the rear,and the welding temperature gradient of the rear side is greater than that of the front. Under the condition of current carrying,the temperature distribution and isothermal layer with current is basically the same as that without current. The temperature distribution area of shoulder with current is greater than that without current. Under the constant welding velocity,axial force,rotation velocity and displacement,the maximum temperature produced by coupling function of Joule heat and friction heat is much higher than that produced by friction heat. The axial force required in the same heating efficiency is greatly reduced under the condition of current carrying.
