Based on the bond solid lubricant coating method, two kinds of PTFE base solid wear resisting coatings were prepared on the disc sample by spraying method and using PTFE as solid lubricant, and their tribological properties were investigated by HSR-2M high-speed reciprocating tribo-tester. The results show that the friction coefficient of water based perfluorinated coating is unstable and apparently higher than that of oily perfluorinated coating. Friction coefficient and wearing capacity of the coatings are changed at a different degree along with the change of the curing conditions of the coatings. When using oily perfluorinated compound as solid lubricant and selecting the curing temperature of 260 ℃ and the curing time of 30 min, the prepared PTFE base wear-resistant coating has the lowest friction coefficient and wearing capacity, and the optimal tribological properties.
