Abstract:Aimed at the rubber sealing Y-ring serving in the end fitting of flexible pipe in Marine at variable temperature and pressure condition, the deformation and stress distribution of the rubber sealing Y-ring were analyzed in serving conditions of temperature and pressure changed synchronously, based on the thermoelasticity and theoretical analysis of thermal stress, by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that the maximum Von Mises stress of the cross section of rubber sealing Y-ring and the contact pressure are increased along with increasing of the working pressure and temperature, but the effect of working pressure is greater than that of temperature.
