The feasibility was studied for domestic made Calcium sulfonate complex grease used on fully automatic numerical control(NC)auto wheels rolling production line instead of imported Calcium sulfonate grease.Through physical performances test,tribological properties test,rheological properties test,bench test-bed and compatibility test,Calcium sulfonate grease of domestic made and imported were compared.The results show that the domestic made Calcium sulfonate complex grease has equivalent anti-shear ability and lubricating effect as that of the imported calcium sulfonate grease,which can be used to replace imported grease for the auto wheels rolling production line.
