带式啮合介质齿轮传动的磨损仿真分析

    摘要:

    带式啮合介质齿轮传动中,齿轮副的接触由高模量的齿轮对接触转化为高模量齿轮与低模量介质带的接触,磨损主要发生在柔性介质带上。应用Archard黏着磨损理论,建立带式啮合介质齿轮传动磨损数学模型,用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立带式啮合介质齿轮的实体模型,并对其结构静力学进行分析;根据磨损数学模型和接触应力的分布情况,模拟计算出介质带的磨损量。结果表明:带式啮合介质齿轮传动最大接触应力发生在啮合节点处,弹性应变主要发生在介质带上,啮合节点处应变值最大;介质带的磨损量随载荷和滑动距离的增加而增加,最大磨损量发生在啮合节点处,在齿轮啮合线上不同节点处磨损量略有差距,边缘处磨损量最大。

    Abstract:

    In the gear transmission with meshed medium belt,the contact of gear pairs is changed into the contact of high modulus gear with low-modulus medium belt from the contact of two high modulus gears contact,which results in that the wear mainly occurs in flexible medium belt.By applying the Archard adhesive wear theory,the wear mathematical model of the gear transmission with meshed medium belt was established.The solid model of gear transmission with meshed medium belt was established by Solidworks three-dimensional modeling software,and the structure static properties were analyzed.According to wear mathematical model and the distribution of contact stress,the wear loss of the medium belt was calculated by simulation.The results show that the maximum contact stress of the gear transmission with meshed medium belt occurs in the mesh node,the elastic strain occurs mainly in the medium belt,and the maximum strain occurs at the engagement node.The wear volume of medium belt is increased with the increase of load and sliding distance,the maximum wear loss occurs in the mesh node.On the gear mesh line,there is slightly different about wearing capacity at different nodes,and the maximum wearing capacity occurs at the edges.
