The effects of lubricating oil viscosity and compressor frequency on the lubricating oil mass flow rate of crankshaft export and the main bearing radial oil supply hole were studied on the centrifugal oil supply system of low pressure shell scroll compressor by using the Realizable k-ε turbulence model and VOF two-phase flow model, without consideration of the compressibility of the lubricating oil and at the same oil level. The results show that the larger compressor frequency and the lower oil viscosity will result in the increase of lubricating oil mass flow rate of the crankshaft and the main bearing radial oil supply hole, and the influence of lubricating oil viscosity is greater than that of compressor frequency.
