自润滑关节轴承无载旋转启动力矩测量标准分析

    摘要:

    国内现有的自润滑关节轴承无载旋转启动力矩测量方法标准并不完善,相同批次轴承在不同地域的检测结果有很大差异。通过对国内外自润滑关节轴承无载旋转启动力矩测量方法标准进行研究,指出标准存在的问题,提出多点测量及结果判定方法,并试验研究环境温度和湿度条件对测量结果的影响。试验结果表明,温度为25 ℃、相对湿度小于75%是理想的自润滑关节轴承无载旋转启动力矩测量环境条件。

    Abstract:

    It is not perfect for the domestic measurement standard of no-load rotational starting torque of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing,and the measurement results of the no-load rotational starting torque are different for the same batch bearings in different regions.Foreign and domestic measurement standards of spherical plain bearing were investigated,the problems existed in the measurement standards were pointed out,and multi point measurement and judging methods were suggested.The influence of the environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity on the measurement of no-load rotational starting torque was studied by experiments.The experimental results show that the ideal environmental conditions for the measurement of no-load rotational starting torque is at 25 ℃,and relative humidity below 75%.
