It is not perfect for the domestic measurement standard of no-load rotational starting torque of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing,and the measurement results of the no-load rotational starting torque are different for the same batch bearings in different regions.Foreign and domestic measurement standards of spherical plain bearing were investigated,the problems existed in the measurement standards were pointed out,and multi point measurement and judging methods were suggested.The influence of the environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity on the measurement of no-load rotational starting torque was studied by experiments.The experimental results show that the ideal environmental conditions for the measurement of no-load rotational starting torque is at 25 ℃,and relative humidity below 75%.
