液压式气门驱动系统间隙密封泄漏的仿真研究

    摘要:

    建立液压式气门驱动系统的动力学数学模型,利用Simulink软件建立仿真模型并对系统中的凸轮油缸和气门油缸的环形密封泄漏进行仿真计算。研究结果表明,液压式气门驱动系统的泄漏主要是相对运动引起的剪切流量,并与凸轮型线有关;气门油缸只在凸轮升程段和基圆存在泄漏,凸轮油缸只在凸轮回程段和基圆存在泄漏,且泄漏均随着发动机转速和密封间隙的增大而增大;可通过减小密封间隙和设计合理的凸轮型线来减小泄漏。

    Abstract:

    The dynamic mathematical model of the hydraulic valve actuation system was established. The simulation model was established by Simulink software, and the leakage of annular seal in cam cylinder and valve cylinder was calculated by simulation. The results show that the main leakage of the hydraulic valve actuation system is the shear flow caused by the relative motion between the piston and cylinder, and the leakage is associated with the cam profile. The leakage of valve cylinder is only existed in the lift section and base circle of cam, and the leakage of cam cylinder is only existed in the return section and base circle of cam. Both the leakage of valve cylinder and the leakage of cam cylinder are increased with the increase of engine speed and the seal clearance. The leakage can be reduced by reducing the seal clearance and designing the reasonable cam profile.
