涂层刀具表面织构化及切削性能研究

    摘要:

    采用激光技术在基体为硬质合金的涂层刀具前刀面易发生月牙洼磨损区域进行织构化处理,制备涂层织构化刀具;在液体润滑条件下进行切削试验,研究其切削性能,并与硬质合金织构化刀具及传统刀具进行比较。结果表明:与传统刀具相比,硬质合金织构化刀具和涂层织构化刀具能够有效降低切削力、切削温度和刀屑接触面摩擦因数,涂层织构化刀具效果尤为明显;液体润滑时,由于织构的存在,润滑剂能够渗入到硬质合金织构化刀具和涂层织构化刀具刀屑接触面,因而具有良好的抗黏着性及耐磨性,其中涂层织构化刀具最优。

    Abstract:

    The tungsten carbide cutting tools were deposited with TiAlN coatings by using laser technology,and surface textures were then fabricated on the rake face close to the main cutting edge of these coated tools.Cutting tests were carried out for coated tools with textures,textured tools and the conventional tools under the liquid lubrication conditions,and their cutting performances were compared.Results show that the cutting force,cutting temperature and friction coefficient at the tool-chip interface of the coated tools with textures and textured tools are significantly reduced compared with those of conventional tools,especially coated tools with textures.In liquid lubrication condition,the liquid can flow into the tool-chip interface of the coated tools with textures and textured tools due to the textures,so the anti-adhesive property and abrasive resistance are greatly enhanced,especially coated tools with textures.
