    摘要:

    采用固相法合成SmBa2Cu3O7-δ(SmBaCuO),将不同质量分数银粉添加到SmBaCuO中,通过烧结制备Ag/SmBaCuO复合材料;通过XRD、金相显微镜、SEM、EDXA分析其结构和形貌,利用摩擦实验机测试其与钢配副时的摩擦学性能。结果表明:添加银后SmBaCuO结构没有改变,银分布在SmBaCuO基底中,增大了材料密度和韧性;Ag/SmBaCuO中银微粒在摩擦的过程中向对偶表面转移,起固体润滑剂的作用,降低了Ag/SmBaCuO的摩擦因数和磨损率。

    Abstract:

    The SmBa2Cu3O7-δ (SmBaCuO)powders were synthesized by solid state reaction method,and the Ag/ SmBaCuO ceramic composites were prepared by sintering SmBaCuO with Ag at different mass fractions.The structure and morphology of Ag/SmBaCuO composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction,Metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray analysis,respectively.The tribological properties of Ag/SmBaCuO composites were measured on the friction and wear tester.The results indicate that the silver particles distribute in the SmBaCuO matrix,improving density and toughness of Ag/SmBaCuO ceramics,the structure of SmBaCuO has not be changed.A silver film is formed on the surface of Ag/SmBaCuO composites during friction process,which reduces the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ag/SmBaCuO composites.
