    摘要:

    以几种不同结构的防尘圈为例,介绍了两种注塑防尘圈的模具设计思路和要点:一种是保证产品外观优先,另一种是节约材料优先。借助于模流分析软件对注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,预测注塑产品在注塑过程中可能出现的问题,在设计阶段对模具进行优化和改进,减少模具加工完成后的修模。经产品试制及小批量生产证明,该模具生产出来的防尘圈外观优良、质量稳定、材料利用率高。

    Abstract:

    By taking several different structures of the dust wipers as an illustration,the design ideas and main points of the two kinds of injection mold of the dust wiper were introduced,one is focusing on the appearance of the products,and the other is focusing on saving materials.The injection molding process was analyzed by using mold flow analysis software,the problems that might be occurred in the injection molding process were forecasted.The mold structure was optimized in the design phase,which minimized the mold modification after the mold is finished.Trial production and small batch production proves that the dust wipers produced by the mold have excellent appearance,stable quality and high material utilization.
